Registration rules:
These terms and conditions (hereinafter – terms) are a distance agreement between SIA "AGRALI" and the Registered User - buyer (hereinafter – customer). Registering www.4speed.lv, the customer confirms that he agrees to these terms (t.sk the general terms of the contract, which are also called the contract below). The customer is obliged to familiarize himself with these terms before registration and purchase of goods from www.4speed.lv.
The agreement comes into effect every time the customer's website www.4speed.lv buy the product.
Meanings of terms used in general contract terms:
Product - the product offered on the website of SIA „AGRALI” www.4speed.lv.
4speed.lv account - the bank account of SIA AGRALI indicated on the website.
4speed.lv - SIA „AGRALI” (40003798858), structural unit Brīvības gatve 244, Rīga, LV1005, e-mail address - 4speedlv@gmail.com
Agreement between SIA “AGRALI” and the customer - the concluded purchase agreement for the purchase of 4speed.lv Product, which is concluded in the manner and according to the procedure specified in these terms.
Customer's account - a current account opened in the name of the customer with any credit institution registered in the Republic of Latvia, from which the purchase is made in the form of a transfer or using payment cards (debit cards, credit cards) attached to the respective account. The customer is also entitled to pay for the purchase in cash by arriving at the address of SIA AGRALI or by making a transfer for the invoice issued by SIA AGRALI.
Customer - an able-bodied natural or legal person who enters into a contract as a buyer.
Website - 4speed.lv online store with the address www.4speed.lv, where the customer agrees to these terms when registering electronically.
Password - a combination of numbers/letters chosen during the customer's registration process, by means of which the customer confirms his / her identity and which the customer undertakes to keep, not disclose and not to transfer to any third party.
Seller - the seller of the product www.4speed.lv, from which the customer receives the product.
Purchase fee - the purchase price of the product specified on the website, which the customer pays to SIA “AGRALI” for the purchased product.
Parties - the Client and SIA Agrali together.
Third party - any person who is not a party to the contract.
PAYMENT METHODS AND PROCEDURES
-The customer makes the purchase payment by way of prepayment – transferring funds in the amount of the purchase amount using the payment card, making a transfer to the bank account of SIA "AGRALI" using PayPal, as well as receiving the product onsite at the store.
-The customer receives the product at its specified delivery address or SIA "AGRALI" address after payment of the purchase.
-When booking goods www.4speed.lv with the possibility of its withdrawal and payment at the address of the store, the item must be removed within 72h, otherwise the reservation is canceled.
-You can pay for your purchase by bank transfer after invoice;

DELIVERY TERMS
-Delivery of each item is carried out www.4speed.lv within the specified time limit and at the address specified by the customer, unless payment has been made for the selected product.
-The delivery fee depends on the weight of the item, dimensions, and delivery distance.
-Delivery is provided by courier services, which are www.4speed.lv cooperation partners.
-The customer has the opportunity to withdraw the goods to SIA "AGRALI" 4Speed store, Brīvības street 244, Rīga, LV1039, for which the fee is not applied. If you want to receive the product yourself, payment can be made in advance by using the payment card, making a transfer to the bank account of LLC "AGRALI" or PayPal, as well as on the site of the store. When booking goods 4speed.lv on the website with the possibility to withdraw it and pay at the address of the store, the item must be removed within 72h, otherwise the reservation is canceled.
-It is important for the customer to present the exact contact information and delivery address so that the delivery of the goods is not delayed and the customer can be contacted at the time of delivery.

-The product is delivered within Latvia.
RETURN OF GOODS
-The customer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the purchase of the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase of the goods, if the goods have not been used within those 14 days. In order to use the right to refuse the goods, the customer must return the goods to SIA "Agrali" 4Speed store address (Brīvības gatve 244, Riga, LV1039) - by bringing the goods in person or using courier services. Upon return of the goods SIA "Agrali" shall immediately pay the relevant funds to the customer by bank transfer.
-It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in whole or in part:if purchased things that are made by individual order;
if the product has lost its original appearance, the packaging of the Goods has been damaged, the price of the Goods and the logo marks have been torn off;in this case the supplier has the right to calculate the loss of the value of the goods and deduct this amount from the purchase price of the goods.if there has been a special agreement between the customer and the supplier regarding the ordering of a rare/expensive product and if the customer has been warned in advance about possible difficulties in the return.
-Customer using this rule 1.the right of withdrawal referred to in Paragraph 1 shall be responsible for the non-deterioration of the value and quality of the goods, as well as for the storage and transportation of goods that have not deteriorated the quality of the goods.
-If the customer uses the right of withdrawal and the refusal is not related to the non-compliance of the relevant product or service with the terms of the agreement, then the customer is obliged to cover the costs associated with the delivery of the product to the seller and the bank's mutual settlement expenses.
-The seller is obliged without undue delay to refund the customer the purchase fee if the refusal of the goods committed in this regulation 1. within the time limit referred to in Paragraph 2 of this regulation and does not exist. and 4. obstacles to the full or partial return of the purchase fee set out in points.
PROCESSING AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data provided by the buyer will be processed in compliance with the requirements of the law on the protection of personal data of the Republic of Latvia, other legal acts of the Republic of Latvia governing the processing and protection of these data. When processing and storing the buyer's personal data, the seller will use organizational and technical means that will ensure the protection of personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, exchange, disclosure, as well as from any other illegal processing. The course of data transfer in a more global web environment is organized according to the requirements of the SSL protocol.
The buyer's personal data will be stored for no longer than required by the specified data processing purposes. The personal data provided on the buyer's registration website will be stored for two years after the buyer's last accession to the e-store system. The data provided during the purchase of goods or necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations will be stored for the entire warranty period of the purchased goods, but not less than two years since the delivery of the goods. Data for direct marketing purposes will be stored for two years after the buyer's last accession to the website. When the personal data will no longer be needed for processing or the specified shelf life will expire, they will be safely destroyed.
